Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return and/or exchange your item, please read the following:
Returns postmarked within 7 days of being received will be eligible to receive a full refund on the original payment or store credit. Returns postmarked within 14-21 days of date received will be eligible for store credit only.
Once items are returned, refunds will be processed in no longer than 5 business days.
After 21 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs and taxes are nonrefundable on the original item. It is strongly encouraged to use a shipping option that can provide a tracking number. We are not responsible for any item that does not make its way back to us.
All items must be returned in unworn and original condition, free of stains or signs of wear.
Due to the nature of Sezzle being an installment program, any returns made with it will be via store credit only. Installments to Sezzle may be required. Have more questions about returns of items using Sezzle? Go to https://help.sezzle.com/shopper-returns/shopper-refund-process.
Please contact us if you would like to exchange your purchase. Due to limited availability, we cannot guarantee that what you want will still be in stock. If you are needing a different size/color, you can send the item back, where you will be issued store credit for the exchanged item.
